Aug 20.23 – What a day. In dominating fashion, the BTM Blaze needing a win in their final pool game defeated Team Alberta by a score of 18-1 highlighted by 10 run 6th inning to put the game away and end the game early. In an even more dominant Championship Final vs Team Saskatchewan, the Blaze came out fire with 6 runs in the first and never looked back. The game, also ended early with a 2-run home run by Eli St Jacques in the bottom of the 5th to send Saskatchewan back home. SP Thai Harvey gave up 3 hits and 1 run over his 5 innings of work while shutting down the Saskatchewan offence. Well done and Congratulations to the players and coaches of the BTM team!
